If you cancel your booking before paying the final balance, we shall retain the amount you have already paid and release you from any obligation to pay the final balance. If you pay the deposit but you do not cancel your booking and you do not make the payment of the final balance by the due date, as set out in the full terms and conditions, we regret that we shall cancel your booking and retain all payments made previously. If you cancel your booking after having paid in full, we regret that we shall not be able to offer any refund.
